For Couples
Find Your Perfect Vendors
It's completely free for couples. No hidden fees, no commissions.
1. Post Your Listing
Describe what you need — whether it's photography, a venue, catering, or any other wedding service. Our guided wizard helps you include all the important details like budget range, event date, location, and specific requirements.
2. Receive Competitive Bids
Verified vendors in your area will review your listing and submit detailed proposals. Each bid includes pricing, their portfolio, experience, and estimated timeline. Up to 5 vendors can bid per listing, ensuring quality competition.
3. Compare & Review
View all bids side-by-side. Check vendor portfolios, read their proposals, see their business references, and visit their mini-sites. Take your time to make the best decision — there's no rush.
4. Accept & Connect
Once you've found the perfect vendor, accept their bid. You'll instantly get access to their contact details and can start messaging them directly through the platform. The other vendors will be notified automatically.
5. Communicate & Plan
Use our built-in messaging system to coordinate with your chosen vendor. Share images, voice notes, and files. Plan every detail of your special day in one place.
For Vendors
Grow Your Wedding Business
Access qualified leads and showcase your work to couples actively planning their wedding.
1. Register & Get Verified
Create your vendor account and complete your business profile. Upload your ID, proof of address, and business registration documents. Once approved by our admin team, you'll be ready to start bidding.
2. Build Your Mini-Site
Create a stunning business page with your logo, cover photo, gallery of up to 20 photos, service description, and client references. This acts as your digital storefront for potential clients to review.
3. Browse Open Listings
View all open listings in your service categories. See detailed requirements, budget ranges, event dates, and locations. Filter by category to find the leads most relevant to your business.
4. Submit Your Best Bid
Craft a compelling proposal with your pricing, timeline, and portfolio links. Stand out from the competition by highlighting what makes your service unique. Remember — only 5 vendors can bid per listing.
5. Win & Connect
If a client accepts your bid, you'll receive a notification and gain access to their contact details. Start messaging them directly to finalise the details and secure the booking.
6. Pricing
The platform is completely free for vendors right now. From 1 October 2026 it's just R199 per month for unlimited access to listings to grow your wedding business.
