• Listing details couples provide: wedding date, location, budget range, requirements and uploaded images.
• Vendor verification documents: business registration, proof of address and identity documents.
• Messages, bids and files exchanged through the platform.
• Technical data such as device, browser and usage analytics (including Meta Pixel for advertising measurement).

How we use it

To create and secure your account, match listings with relevant vendors, enable bidding and messaging, verify vendor businesses, send transactional emails and notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve and market the service.

Sharing

Contact details are only shared between a couple and a vendor once a bid has been accepted. We share data with service providers who host our platform, send our emails and process payments, and where required by law. We never sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Verification documents and private message media are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your listings, bids and profile from the platform.

Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics/advertising cookies (including Meta Pixel) to measure campaign performance. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
